Completed in Sept 2005 our beautiful  4-bedroomed fully air conditioned villa is furnished to a very high standard. The villa, set on a south facing  plot  has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.

The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home,  the living room and all bedrooms have Cable TV.
Our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is equipped with 5 cable TV's, kitchen appliances, hand picked high grade furnishings and extended pool deck area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture.
The large open plan family room is comfortably furnished to a high standard and looks out on to the pool area. The living room has two sofas, one of which is a full size sofa bed, cable TV, DVD/video and CD stereo. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, built in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, telephone and all important, the  American fridge freezer with ice- maker. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Our villa sleeps 2-10 people. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a king size bed, large walk in closet, remote control cable TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 20in cable TV with DVD player and access to its own bathroom, a large closet with plenty of hanging and drawer space. There are two further twin bedded rooms both with cable TV and large closets. There is a third full size bathroom with basin, bath, shower, toilet and hairdryer.

All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Patio doors, lead out to the fully screened, south facing extended deck area with pool and Jacuzzi spa. The pool is fitted with a safety fence and is serviced plus cleaned weekly. Arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months. A pool cover is provided to keep water warm when pool is not in use. Sun-loungers, patio chairs and table are provided.
