The villa is located on a gated community at Highgate Park, Davenport. Situated on the US27 just south of the US192.  

Attractions & Distances:
For a family holiday all of the major attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and Cypress Gardens are within 30 minutes drive.

Walt Disney World 12 minutes
International Drive, Sea World, Universal Studios etc 20 minutes

For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course (Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just 10 minutes drive away. The property is also within 15 minutes of another six good courses.

There is a large Walmart store and 24hour pharmacy less than 5mins away. 

The Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens to the west and the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre to the east are only an hour away.

Orlando International Airport 30 minutes.

Sanford international Airport 40 minutes.
