and Conditions
- Bookings
are valid only after owners receive completed booking form and
non-refundable £200 deposit. Owners will confirm when booking has been
accepted by letter/e-mail
- Balance
plus £200 security deposit is too be paid two months prior to start date.
Security deposit to be paid with a separate cheque dated departure date.
This will be held by owners and returned un-cashed on satisfactory report
from management company. If full balance is not received two months prior to
commencement date the booking will be deemed cancelled and deposit will be
kept.
- In
the event of you canceling your booking the following charges will apply:
More than 2 months:- deposit
1 – 2 Months
:- 50% of rental
less than 1 month
:- 100% of rental
All cancellations must be
confirmed in writing after first informing owners by telephone Security deposit
will be returned.
- There
is a telephone for your use which allows free incoming calls , plus free
outgoing local and emergency calls only. All long distance and international
calls are to be paid for by yourselves at time of call.
- The
property benefits from a swimming pool for use by guests. We ask you take
care when using the pool and surrounding area. Supervise all children at all
times. The owners and agents do not accept any liability for injury or
death, howsoever caused as a result of using the pool and surrounding area.
- We
would strongly recommend that you and your guests take out adequate
holiday/travel insurance. We cannot accept any liability for injury, damage
or loss caused by any reason or for any claim made as a result of
this booking.
- The
property may only be used by persons named on booking form. The property
cannot be sublet or assigned. The hirers are to ensure all guests have
adequate insurance cover.
- No
pets or animals, no smoking are permitted in the property.
- The
property will be available to you from 16:00 (local time) on day of arrival
and must be vacated by 10:00 (local time) on day of departure. Late
departure will incur a penalty charge of £50.
- You
and your guests agree to:
- pay
the full cost of any breakages, losses or damages to property.
- Take
good care of, and leave property clean and tidy.
- Report
any damage or loss immediately to our management company.
- Allow
owners or management company reasonable access to carry out necessary
maintenance.
11.
In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond the owners
control necessitate the cancellation of the rental agreement, the owners
reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time and will only be
liable to refund monies already paid. In this event we will do everything in our
power to find suitable alternative accommodation. We cannot accept any
liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage sustained in these
circumstances.
12. All
guests are to agree to have Fun and enjoy their stay.
